Install Shelf + Rubbish bin

Kia ora! I need a careful tradesman to help me to utilise space under my sink better in my new build. No urgency for job. Would like to install a shelf to get some more shelf space and a bin. Re: Shelf space - can be simple like with my cabinetry that is above - holes made, and then the little plastic bits put in (so I can remove the shelf incase of needing to get to the insinkerator. Re: Rubbish bin - preferably something like Practa 20L Double Pullout Waste Bin ($110.95 on Bunnings) or Kaboodle 2 x 15L Soft Close Waste Bin ($171.97 on Bunnings) or something equivalent in nature. Haven't purchased, so if you have your own account can pay you directly. Thinking it will go on the right side, and shelf on the left - but absolutely open to expert direction given need to consider depth too :-) Ngaa mihi
