Build a frame for granite countertop in the scullery

Build a frame for granite countertop in the scullery. I have the counter ready to order, just need the frame for it. No cabinetry needed - counter will sit above washer/dryer and around sink. I am looking for a general builder with an eye for detail to keep things straight and tidy. I have another job (posted separately) to repair large plasterboard cutouts that were made during plumbing works. Having one builder for both jobs would be ideal (but not required). After I have more medium-large sized jobs on the list if you are interested.
