Laundry cupboard shelving & wardrobe rail.

Hello there tradesman! Thank you for taking notice of our listing. We require a shelving unit to be installed inside our laundry cupboard. Please review the attached photos for detailed information and read onward for more... As we are in an apartment complex we have steel framing so simple shelves will not be suitable I believe we need a custom unit built to fit into the space. We would like to make the most of the space as possible however there is a sprinkler head in the cupboard on the ceiling above so please consider this in your design. The total space is 2300H x 360W x 600D. I have drawn up some rough sketches of what I believe would be suitable for our needs and is attached too. Additionally we require a clothes rail to be installed in our spare room wardrobe. 950mm Wide approx. See attached photo. We do not have a specific preference for materials but ideally something cost effective and if possible something in white. As this is made to fit I think it would be best to do a site visit before designing. Thanks!
