Custom white cabinet needed

Hiya, we need to replace a bathroom vanity Unfortunately it won't take a standard 750mm vanity as the size is max width of 715mm. So we need a white bathroom vanity made to standard 500mm depth, with 715mm width; to include a nice looking melting top to same width 715mm; and height to allow us to add a benchtop mounted porcelain bowl. Can you please advise price (specify if we collect and from where, or incl delivery to Sandringham), how soon you could complete it.. and whether carcass is melamine with 1mm (quality ) clashing.. or vinyl over mdf.. or vinyl over ply, etc. Ps.. floor mounted, just need two doors and a shelf, no drawers.
