Reputty external of all windows OR 1. Reputty external of all windows, sand back and repaint 5. Plaster over the hole in ceiling of hallway and repaint white 6. Supply and install 2x kitchen cupbaords 7. Plaster over the hole in the wall of bedroom and paint over with an off white and sand and repaint the bedroom ceiling white 8. Remove existing vanity, supply and install a new vanity
