Freestanding kitchen cabinet/cupboard

I need a freestanding kitchen cupboard/storage unit to fit underneath a kitchen breakfast bar. The cupboard needs to have 2 doors on it with one shelf halfway up and a kickboard. Cupboard needs to match kitchen joinery as closely as possible (white melanine/MDF type joinery) and be freestanding so it can be removed at a later date if required. Measurements of current space where cupboard would fit are approximately: 696mm (Height) x 400mm (Depth) x 1500mm (Width). Please provide price indication to make and install unit including delivery to Hillsborough in Auckland. Attached are photos showing the space we want the cupboard to fit in.
