Build an entertainment unit

We would like a built-in entertainment unit with drawers and shelves in our lounge area. We don't have any plans, but have a general idea of what we would like, so the builder would need to be able to make plans to our specifications. Approximate size 2.8m high x 2.2m wide, space for a flatscreen tv, two large drawers, and some shelving.
