Cabinetry and joinery

I'm looking for expressions of interest from a joiner/cabinet maker for work on a wooden boat. The scope includes fitting out the saloon, constructing a helm station, internal doors, and building cabin furniture (3 cabins). It will be a time and materials job so the hourly rate will need to be very competitive - probably suit someone retired or semi retired as time is not a factor but budget is.
