Urgent Work required on incomplete house - structure complete, fitout required

Our builder went into liquidation and the master build claim process is in process (currently 4-5 months of no progress on site). The structure is complete i.e. slab, framing, roof, cladding, joinery. Internal walls, gib/plaster and paint complete. Pre-wire and plub complete. Kitchen fitout (excluding appliances) and garage door ready to go (both have been paid/in progress of installation). We would like to engage a new builder to complete works to make house liveable and gain council sign off. We need a builder who can quote immediately and has the ability/availability to undertaken all work ASAP (aiming for completion by winter). Work required is subcontractor management and includes: - Electrical and plumbing fitout (including procuring and installing lightswitches, down lights, etc.) - Procurement and installation of bathroom and laundry fixtures (showers, vanities, toilets, bath tub, laundry tub), and kitchen appliances (oven, cooktop, waste disposal unit) - All flooring (wood laminate, carpet, tile) and partial skirting/base boards (some completed, requires purchase and paint) - Down pipes - Driveway and patios - Minor carpentry work (specifically installing final bits and bobs for garage door install) - Touch ups including paint, joinery brick capping (currently not correct), hvac unit relocation (internal/external - installatiom began in wrong location) - All council consents and sign off Full cost to be quoted by builder.
