Find a leak (water tracking externally) and replacing some ply near my shower

During exceptionally heavy rain I have water pouring in at a strange place - it is difficult to figure out how the water is tracking there but must be from overflowing gutters. I really need it fixed so I can decorate without fear it will flood again. I also have a separate issue where I need some ply changed and the area around my shower checked for damage due to water.
