Leaking through gable area into conservatory
Job description
Worse case scenario the gable cladding may need replacing, but best case just the nails/screws replaced & paintable sealer put in & a membrane type paint put on. There are several leaks coming through the conservatory below the gable. In wet weather it is not good.
