INSURANCE Gabrielle took off and broke polycarbonate sheets. They all need replacing/quote for insurance. One totally broken, others have pulled through their fixings and have holes. Area approx 3.6 m x 11m. There are 13 sheets approx 3.6m long. There is also a repair required to bathroom after excessive debris blocked internal gutter drain and leak.. see pics. The gib space is 50W x 2m H. The leak has happened b4, but we had never seen in 5 years at the property. ie could see previous repair and damage to studs. Would add another stud to existing where required. NOT INSURANCE We also have a shed that requires polycarbonate replaced to one side. 5 or 6 sheets on memory. We have the sheets here, as was planning to self do at some time a year back! Shed also has some damage to one corner after a comms tower blew down and its leaking water - requires a repair.
