Log burner removal

Removal and disposal of log burner, hearth, flue and chimney from Lockwood house, and patch the plank ceiling and roof so they are weatherproof. Roof is being replaced March/April so temporary roof patch is ok. Would be ideal if the hole left in the plank ceiling could be repaired, and a carpet patch laid (I have spare carpet) where the hearth is removed, but i can get someone else to do that if needed. Roof has been tested and confirmed not to contain asbestos.
