We are having a house relocated to Waipu section and need a master builder to complete the following: Tie down/bracing of house to piles, baseboards around house, complete new decking, repair any building issues arising from the move, coordinate any council signoff in regards building work. Work would occur in the next 3 to 4 months (dependent on council).
