Building Interior Dividing wall

We need a builder to build a dividing wall in our workshop approx 7m long and 3m high to divide a spray painting area from the rest of the workshop. We then need the new wall and some existing walls clad with fyreline gib board and other cladding Job will be ready to start on around 1st October.
