Remove and replace wall linings in a single garage and laundry area. Reblock some of the foundation which is rotten from water damage. Enclose deck, add shading and privacy screens to deck.

Pergola was installed by Darryl, but it has leaked in multiple areas from day 1. I notified him about the leaks and he took about a month to show up and work on it. The pergola did not stop leaking afterwards and it still has massive leaks during rain - you can't stand under it without getting wet. Very disappointed with the cost of the pergola and poor workmanship and follow-up afterwards. Darryl also lined the walls in my garage and this work was fine.
