Renovation and Addition to House

We have an addition to a current house. Plans have been processed through council and a start has been made to foundations. Unfortunately the builder is not licensed so has been stopped. Plans can be viewed for appropriate quotation. Essentially there is a double garage with two bedrooms, study and bathroom above the garage. There is an ensuite extension to the existing house. There is also a total re-build of the roof from the plate up. Plumbers and Electricians have been engaged. Concrete has been sourced for the pour and ITM have give us a good deal on timber and trusses.
