Add a long step to front of deck

Addition of a long step around 2 sides of a new relocatable building at tikipunga school. Garapa decking in place, however one end is too high and Needs a step to wrap around the corner. Also requires bargeboards installed around parameter to stop balls and kids etc. Need nice jobs to be done, currently the decking is finished not to our standard on edges, so would like to discuss also replacing current decking face boards and mounting them correctly to remove exposed endgrain, which can be sharp.
