Numerous phases to this project: 1. Pre-Christmas: Low level deck construction on flat site to connect house to "tiny home" Deck / track to top of the property for larger deck and pergola (could push this to post-Christmas) 2. Post-Christmas Re-pile existing house (bungalow/villa) Full internal renovation of bungalow/villa to retain the character of the house

Absolutely outstanding build team. Quality and workmanship was outstanding. I have worked with a number of build teams over the last 10 years - but they are certainly one of the best. Hope to get more work down in the BoP and will definately be using them
