Replace porch supporting columns

I have two supporting columns that I would like replaced. They are currently concreted in and the bottom is starting to rot. I would prefer a square post with a metal bracket at the base to keep the wood of the ground. However, ultimately looking for a cost effective solution that will work. This will like lead to more work as there are three more posts to do at a later date. Thanks
