Concrete slab and reinforce retaining wall for a spa and privacy screen/pergola

We have purchased a Nordic Spa from Alpine spas. 1980mm width, 1980mm length, 830mm height., dry weight 280kg, filled 1180kg. The spa requires 100mm concrete pad. We have identified an area but need a builder to possibly extend or reinforce a retaining wall for the pad to go on., organise the concrete. We will also need a privacy screen or pergola built. We want to hard wire the spa and allowance will need to be made for that. We also want the pad to be larger then the spa for drainage and exiting. First three photos are preferred area. Last photo is second preference.
