Parents Renovations

I am looking to have the following renovations done at my 200m2 home in Whakatane: 1. Install new kitchen but utilize the kitchen and dining room area to create a more open plan effect - include breakfast bar etc 2. Replace 2 bathroom areas with new toilets and showers. In the en-suite for the master bedroom, there is some wall damage with dampness from water in the shower that has either seeped through the walls from the shower. Wall will need replacing. With the 2nd bathroom I would like to replace the bathtub with a hidden away laundry area including washing machine, dryer, sink and some cupboards behind closed doors. 3. We need an internal wall removed between 2 bedrooms to make 1 large room. 4. Another internal wall with a joining pillar to be removed in the lounge room area to open up the lounge room. 5. 6x3m outside batch needs to be finished off - needs internal walls, window installed etc....better to view job. 6. Possibly need to errect a --- carport
