New build Four bedroom #2

I am looking for a builder to do a quote for labour only, a concrete house pad and erecting of a four bedroom 208squ house in Hokitika, the materials will be supplied by a kitset provider. Expected start date is roughly late March. I will be giving a local builder the opportunity to quote the job aswell however money talks. If this project goes to plan there is the potential for a further 2-4 new builds.
