Deck build - basic rectangle

Plasterboard Installation

3.6m x 5.4 meter deck. Rectangle, sitting less than a foot off the ground on one end (the end attached to bach) and on the ground on the other. Wanting to use the wider timber board style. Deck will be similar to attached picture. Looking to have the job done before Xmas if possible.

Poultry runs

General Building — Katikati We wish to have a pheasant run and shelter (we have plans) built on sloping land (about 8.6m x 2.1m and covered and fenced with netting.) Probably tubular metal frame or treated timber for run is best. Also possibly 2-3 smaller runs and chook houses for bantams and other poultry, also on sloping land and fully netted.

Wall removal

We require a qualified builder who is experienced in renovation and general building work. The work involves the removal on an existing wall between the kitchen and living area, a support beam installed in the ceiling, plus relocating the hot water cylinder. The flooring is concrete. There is also another wall we wish to remove between the bathroom and separate toilet but not sure if this would require a support beam.

We want a new deck built off our lounge area with covered in area (clear light) - approx 7 x 10 mtrs in area. We would also like to incorporate seating or a bar of some sort as part of the railing around it. This all to be thought out as part of the plans prepared. We have some sleepers we'd like to somehow use as a feature or bar top too perhaps?
