House Extension

We are extending the living room and creating a new dining room plus large extensive decking on a rural property close to Tanners point Katikati. We have plans available and are seeking a builder to undertake the project. The house is a 1980's single gable clad with hardiplank. The Living extension will require valleys to be created to form a new gable that ties back into the existing roof. The dining extension will extend the existing gable creating the dining room and a covered outdoor area. New cladding to the living room end of the house will be colour steel and grooved ply. Partial or a full reroof will be part of the project. Plans are completed and the project can begin at any time.
