The excavator is currently on the job putting up retaining walls. We require a certified/licenced builder with references to quote for a complete labour/management build quote (we have 80% of the sub-contractors). We are ready to go as permit came through last week. The plans have been drawn up by a local Tauranga architect. This house will be built on a slight hill and in Maketu so may well suit a builder locally.
