Hi everyone, I have changed from wanting piles to a concrete pad if anyone can still do the job. This is a cheaper option for me. The house is 137 sq meters, it is a 1960's brick cladding, aluminum joinery, tile roof, with native timber flooring. Need the house to be put on piles as I live on Maori land with occupancy rights from trustees, owners and Maori Land Court.
