TV recess/wall lining

We require a licensed builder to create a TV recess above a fireplace. The work involves creating a frame for the recess, as we want it to be deeper than the existing framing. (We have researched with council and fireplace manufacturer, and already have an electrician's quote). Also require the removal of gib in a powder room, installation of sound-proofing insulation and new gib. Gib stopping and painting not required.
