Outside sun room

Attaching an outside steel frame with a roof at same height & pitch 20° on gabel end of house width is 8m x 4m. Height at pitch to base of concrete is 4.6 We are looking for a cost effective way of achieving this. Also a need to calculate and desin a lintel for a bi-fold door which will be installed simalar to last photo. Will discuss finer details once contact is made and which architect has some great suggestions & idea's. Regards Derick.
