Replace bay window with sliding door and remove a wooden pillar from deck

There are two parts to this job. First is removing a bay window and replacing it with a sliding glass door. The second part is to take a wooden pillar out from the middle of the deck and strengthen the beam between the two pillars on either end of the deck. After both those jobs there will be some wooden decking pieces to replace. First - replace bay window. The bay window measures 2.85m long and 2.4m high. We would like a Vantage three part sliding door with double glazing to go in that space. The bay window currently cuts into some of the deck and once it is removed there will be some parts of the deck flooring that will need replacing. Second - we want to remove the wooden pillar in the middle of the deck. There is a pillar at each end of the deck with an existing beam inbetween them. Removing the middle pillar may require a stronger beam installed between the other two pillars.
