Handrails

I am looking for a quote to install a handrail on the stairs leading in to the property of 45 Mandalay terrace. I have attached a picture and require a railing install on the left side if you face the property. It needs to offer some support as I am make use of a crutch but it doesn't need to be super fancy. The app has decided that the expected cost is 4-5k, if this going to be the case the sadly I am not interested. Thanks, Spiro ---
