Construction of replacement decks

Vespa Apartments is a 5-storey building located at 20 Hanson St, Mt Cook, Wellington. The building was originally a 4 level factory building that was converted to apartments in 2003. The building now has a range of weathertightness issues arising from the 2003 conversion. Rendercon has been engaged to resurface the entire building exterior – including putting a Sika MTC trafficable membrane over the existing butanol surface (shown in purple on the elevation attached). They are currently scheduled to start work later in May. There are five wooden decks on the butanol surface. These are due to be demolished and removed on 27 and 28 May. Once Rendercon has completed their work new decks need to be constructed. The new decks will be effectively built on a like for like basis - same dimensions and finishes but constructed on jacks to avoid penetration into the waterproof membrane. There is a full set of construction drawings and specifications available. Rendercon will scaffold the walls of the building over a three week period from late May. They will then spend around 9 weeks treating all surfaces. They will start with the roof of the building then work their way around the walls. Scaffolding will probably come down at some point late August or early September. Rendercon are happy for reinstatement of the decks, balustrades, and privacy screens to start once they are off the roof and working on the walls. They are also happy for a company to use the scaffolding around them. They won’t keep the scaffolding up after they complete their main works as they have other jobs to move to. So, construction of the decks would have to take place somewhere around mid-July to late August. I'm looking for a company that can do the building works in this time period.
