Consent plans available for pricing (3D view shown for general perspective) New Deck: After a fixed price (labour & materials) for a new 4m x 4m timber deck (2.9m above ground level) complete with handrails and timber stairs (as per the attached consent drawings). Considerations: - Prolam posts 125 x 125 required for deck - Stainless fixings required - Decking to be Pine 140 x 32mm Smooth - Access, rubbish removal to be included in price Price Options: Aluminium Sliding Door - Remove existing timber window (1.25m high x 2.4m wide) and extend opening (height). Supply and install new aluminium sliding door as shown ( 1.98 x 2.4) - Make good on completion (interior & exterior) Stairs Landing - Labour and materials for new landing to base of stairs as shown.
