Replacement of three interor/exterior door handles, & rusted hinge replacement

We just moved into a new place and would like to replace three new door handles and locks. One of these locks might only need retooling (happy to take your advice). We also noticed all external gate door hinges are rusted, and or have fallen off completely fallen off. We would also like these repaired and replaced. If you have any questions, please let me know.
