Timber crib retaining wall lowering and new retaining wall

We are looking for quotes to deconstruct a timber crib retaining wall and replace with a new retaining wall. For a replacement retaining wall we're aiming to split in half an have two levels to reduce the height and could be a simple post and board to replace. Access is difficult, behind house with no vehicle access.
