Small deck in Berhampore
Job description
The photos show the site. The deck will replace all the grass except for a strip about 400mm wide on the kerb side (the left of the photo). The ground slopes up from right to left and will require some retaining on a line from the right side of the concrete light base to the end of the kerbing. On that retaining line will be capped trellis. A step down will be needed in the rear right corner. The deck will be approx. 4800 x 1700. The letterbox will go and provision will need to be made for access to the electricity cover. The property is part of a retirement village and I have consent from the management for the deck to be built.
