Water damaged flooring in Laundry and hallway.
Job description
Due to a slow leak in my Washing Machine the flooring (chipboard? 1981 build) has rotted in parts of the Laundry, damage to the cabinet/sink structure, and causing warping in the Hallway.

A couple of things meant that the job took longer than expected, but Pena was great at communicating and his reasons were genuine. Happy to work with him again sometime.
