Relining Living Room

Job description

General Building
Wellington

Job is for the following: Relining an approx 25 m² living room and porch of a 1940's brick bungalow. Stud height 2.7 metres. Job will be to strip out old pinex linings (inc ceiling), install insulation and reline with Gib to a finish ready for plastering. We would like a separate price for plastering and installation of GIB coving. Included will be to fit an internal door between porch and living room. There are also 4 windowsills to be replaced. We have a fireplace that will either need to be gibbed around or over depending on the level of work and time (and $$) this would require Job to be done in early feb, but quite flexible in terms of dates. Will need to be done as quickly as possible when started..

Rob and his team were great to deal with. A few issues with the house arose during the construction (once the wall linings were off), which Rob relayed to us straight away. He ran us through the options and quoted for extra work straight away. Quality of work is excellent and would definitely recommend RAM for small - medium building work. Thanks Rob
