Either the flashing or gutter is slightly loose on the south eastern corner of a two story house. When a strong southerly is blowing it makes an incredibly loud vibrating noise. Because it is a two story house I don’t have a ladder tall enough to find out what is causing the problem. I am hopeful there is a simple solution to securing whatever is making the noise.
