Replace old concrete path to house - about 20m, including 2-3 new steps to lawn. Replace damaged concrete retaining wall. 1.3x1.3m approx. Repair low timber garden retaining wall (A tree damaged both of these in storm). Repair/replace all north facing external window sills.
