Line laundry with gib, flooring repair

We have had a gas furnace removed from the laundry. This has left two holes in the floorboards which need fixing, we have the cutout from one of the holes. You will also need to install (very) approximately 8sqm of gib on the walls and ceiling. The flue that is in the photos will be removed before you start, and we have already installed batts in the walls where required.
