spouting, weather board and window repairs

Two lengths of spouting which were blown off our house during winter storms need replacing. One length is about 6 metres long, the other just a metre. There are also at least two weather boards with rotten sections that need cutting out and replacing. A fuller inspection may uncover more. And lastly a window that has fallen off it's rusty hinges needs re-hanging on new hinges. None of these are huge jobs but all are jobs that need doing properly. The house is 1910 to 20 era.
