Rotten cladding and deck planks
Job description
Some of our cladding has developed rot at three locations in our house. We need the rotten sections replaced, and painted. They are all corner locations with the rot appearing to be between one to three planks width for the different locations, but also affecting the planks on the other ‘side’ of the corner. Two of the corners are accessible from standing on top of the skillion roof of a ‘granny flat’ that adjoins one side of the property. The other corner is approximately 2.7m above the ground, so will need some form of platform to stand on while working to repair it. We also have an upper-storey deck where some of the planks are starting to rot. We need the rotten planks replaced, and the whole deck repainted.

Andrew did a high quality job, within the original quote. He made good suggestions throughout the job. He's also a very nice guy. I will definitely be using him again.
