Remove old scrim and wallpaper in one bedroom and the hallway, re-line with plasterboard, retaining old skirting boards to preserve the character of this 1917 bungalow. Access to the house is down a zigzag path, no drive-on. There's old sarking behind the scrim, which would need borer treatment if retained. Times flexible.

Insulating, gibbing, plastering and painting the master bedroom and hallway of a 1917 bungalow was complicated by the need to carefully remove and later replace old rimu skirtings and architraves. Barley, ably assisted by his team members, took great care and produced highly professional finished work. Barley is a superb communicator, always keeping me posted about progress, explaining details and answering questions. InOutSide is totally reliable and does excellent quality work at a fair price.
