We need a set of external stairs built between the deck at the back of our house and the lawn at the side. We have had plans drawn up and available. We will be getting consent for this work (all taken care of). It is a single straight run of stairs with a landing top and bottom, with a few stairs coming off the bottom landing. The top landing will come off the existing deck. We need someone to quote for the job. Ideally we want it in by Christmas and hope that as the big jobs wind down there is still scope to fit this in.
