I have a small job for a builder. A tilting garage door where one side of the frame has rotted away near the ground so the bottom attachment point for the door spring has come off. My assessment is that the door frame/surround, or at least part of it, needs replacing. After that, the door spring needs to be re-attached. Just a few hours work for someone who knows what they're doing. I don't want to have to get a whole new door as it's otherwise fine. There's no rush - I'd like to get a ballpark quote and then you can fit it in when you have time. With a bit of help the garage door still opens and closes and the garage is not in daily use. I will add some photos tonight so you can see what I'm talking about.
