Moving into new house,need house painting and fix weather board

We are moving into a new house in Aro valley and have some essential work that needs doing Phase 1: Required Work: - Paint the house. - Fix missing weatherboard. And give guidance on any other weathertightness work that might be needed, e.g. simple roof and window frames. - Small drain pipe to be redirected into storm water system. [- Optional: Advise if house electrics have been changed since building, and whether the building has scrim lining on the inside of walls] - Give guidance on merit and cost of insulation. There is also building work needed (non essential) but would like to do ASAP, is on separate listing also
