deck build

Build a deck that has 1 step out of the house onto the deck which will be at 990cm off the ground then 2 sets of steps off it. One directly off the front of the deck and one off the side. There is a small landing / room currently attached to the house that will need pulling down. (although it is partially falling off already!) Deck will be 4.5m x 5.8m with railings around it and one bench seat built along the 4.5m side.
