Garage Wall and Door Frame Construction

We are replacing our old barn door style garage doors, and we have install arranged for a sectional door on the left hand side (for 4 May). On the right hand side we would like to have a wall and a personal access door (see high-quality diagram attached!) I've found a personal access door that can be custom sized ( --- ), so I'm hoping to get some quotes for the framing of a wall, frame and flashing for the door and colorsteel corrugated cladding for the wall section.

Really happy with the wall and door framing Brett did up for us, we had a bit of a slow start but once things were booked in it was done to time and we’re very pleased with the results!
