LBP needed to advise on wall removal

We have two internal walls in different parts of our house that we would like to remove as part of renovations. We don't think they are structural, but want to make sure we have paperwork for any future sale of the house. Council have advised we should have a LBP give us documentation stating that these walls don't need consent to remove. Need this done ASAP.
